Scarlett Harper Commercial SponsorsCREDA South Florida September Social
SHC joined commercial real estate professionals from across South Florida for an evening of conversation and industry connection in Boca Raton.

Scarlett Harper Commercial sponsored CREDA South Florida’s September Social on September 24, 2026, bringing together commercial real estate professionals at Calaveras Cantina in Boca Raton.
The event created an opportunity for professionals working across South Florida’s commercial real estate industry to connect in person.
For SHC, sponsoring the September Social was about supporting that community and spending time with the owners, developers, brokers, investors, and other professionals who help shape commercial real estate throughout the region.
Bringing South Florida CRE Together in Boca Raton
CREDA South Florida organized the September Social as an evening of networking and conversation for commercial real estate professionals from throughout the region. The event ran from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Calaveras Cantina in Boca Raton.
CREDA South Florida, formerly NAIOP South Florida, is the regional chapter of the Commercial Real Estate Development Association. The organization serves professionals involved in commercial real estate development, ownership, investment, brokerage, and related disciplines.
That regional focus makes organizations such as CREDA particularly relevant to SHC.
Scarlett Harper Commercial works across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, where relationships among owners, investors, brokers, developers, lenders, and other industry professionals regularly extend beyond individual properties and county lines.
Events like the September Social provide an opportunity for those relationships to develop outside the confines of an individual transaction.
Relationships Remain at the Center of Commercial Real Estate
Commercial real estate continues to become more data-driven. Better research, technology, underwriting tools, and operational systems can help professionals evaluate opportunities and execute more efficiently.
But the business remains fundamentally relationship-driven.
A property owner considering a sale still depends on experienced market judgment. Buyers need reliable information and knowledgeable professionals to evaluate opportunities. Brokers rely on relationships throughout the industry to bring the right people, information, and resources together when a transaction takes shape.
Technology can support those relationships. It does not replace them.
That principle is central to Scarlett Harper Commercial’s brokerage platform. SHC uses research, market intelligence, technology, marketing, and operational systems to support the brokerage process, while local market knowledge, professional judgment, negotiation, and relationships remain at the center.
Sponsoring an event built around face-to-face industry connection reflects that same approach.
Supporting South Florida’s Commercial Real Estate Community
CREDA South Florida’s work extends beyond networking events. The organization provides advocacy, education, research, and opportunities for professionals throughout the commercial real estate development industry to connect and build business relationships.
Its network brings together professionals working across different areas of commercial real estate, creating opportunities to exchange perspectives, strengthen existing relationships, and establish new ones.
For SHC, participating in organizations such as CREDA is an opportunity to remain engaged with the professionals working throughout the region and contribute to the broader South Florida commercial real estate community.
Continuing the Conversation
The September Social brought South Florida commercial real estate professionals together in a relaxed setting where new introductions could be made and existing industry relationships strengthened.
Scarlett Harper Commercial was proud to sponsor the evening and support CREDA South Florida’s work connecting the region’s commercial real estate community.
As SHC continues its work across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties, staying engaged with the people and organizations shaping the region remains an important part of the firm’s approach.
